Aloha! My name is Emily. My mission is to empower you to embody compassion using your body as a compass - body, mind, and Spirit.

BODY

Guided by my own compass, I left my digital marketing career in Philadelphia and moved to Hawaii to pursue my passion for health & wellness. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT #14523) and Energy worker at Body Compass Massage with 10+ years and 7000+ hours of hands-on-experience. 

MIND

I have a Bachelors degree in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and am a Certified Communications & Life Coach. I support clients through empathetic listening, facilitative inquiry, meditation, visualization, breath work and more!

SPIRIT

Every interaction with a client is an opportunity to connect with the Aloha Spirit. It is a guided journey of self-realization and awakening for the highest healing good and for the good of all.

LEADERSHIP & MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKING

It’s my burning desire to inspire others to become leaders in their own lives through health & wellness. I’ve been a President of multiple organizations from grade school, high school, Asian-American Business Sorority at the University of Pennsylvania, Kona Toastmasters, and BNI (Business Networking International) - Kona Krew. In 2019, I was the State of Hawaii Toastmasters International Speech Contest winner. In September 2023, I performed my first one woman show “The Emily To Show” about my spiritual awakening and following my heart. Other public speaking topics include health & wellness and Asian American Pacific Islander mental health and awareness. I am also a licensed wedding officiant in Hawaii through American Marriage Ministries.

INTEREST

My interest include spiritual and personal growth, connecting with nature, swimming, scuba diving, paddle boarding, hiking, hula, and spending time with my dog, BenTo.
