Aloha! My name is Emily. My mission is to empower you to embody compassion using your body as a compass - body, mind, and Spirit.
BODY
Guided by my own compass, I left my digital marketing career in Philadelphia and moved to Hawaii to pursue my passion for health & wellness. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT #14523) and Energy worker at Body Compass Massage with 9+ years and 5000+ hours of hands-on-experience.
MIND
I have a Bachelors degree in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and am a Certified Communications & Life Coach. I support clients through empathetic listening, facilitative inquiry, meditation, visualization, breath work and more!
SPIRIT
Every interaction with a client is an opportunity to connect with the Aloha Spirit. It is a guided journey of self-realization and awakening for the highest healing good and for the good of all.
MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKING
From being President of my eight grade class to the President of my freshman class, high school (CHS 263), sorority (UPenn ΣΨΖ), Kona Toastmasters, and now President of BNI (Business Networking International) - Kona Krew, it’s my burning desire to inspire others to become leaders in their own lives. In 2019, I was the State of Hawaii Toastmasters International Speech Contest winner. In September 2023, I performed my first one woman show “The Emily To Show” about my own spiritual awakening - finding myself, the meaning of success, following my heart, connecting with my inner child, empathy, and embodying compassion. Other public speaking topics include health & wellness and Asian American Pacific Islander mental health and awareness.
INTEREST
My interest include spiritual and personal growth and connecting with Nature in the ocean (swimming, scuba diving, paddle boarding) and on land (hiking, hula, and spending time with my dog, BenTo.)
