Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to get settled in, use the restroom, and to do a quick assessment.

Time: Appointment begins and ends at the scheduled time, which includes any consultation or assessment. If you're running a little late, please text me. Client is only guaranteed the scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy: Please cancel at least 24 hours prior or you will be charged 50% of the treatment.
